Hire rates, catering prices and availability

Larmer Tree is an indoor and outdoor wedding venue that hosts ceremonies, receptions and celebrations all year round. Bookings secure exclusive use of all our buildings and the 11 acres of beautiful gardens and grounds surrounding them.

The use of our buildings and outside spaces depends on the weather and time of year. Wedding guests might be sitting in deck chairs drinking Pimms on the lawn with peacocks wandering past or enjoying a hot chocolate next to a roaring fire pit, under twinkling fairy lights. Our wedding coordinators work hard behind the scenes to ensure your day runs smoothly.

Costs for venue hire vary depending on the day of the week and time of year. Prices and availability are detailed below. It’s worth noting that catering costs and accommodation at the Larmer Tree will be charged in addition to the price quoted for the venue hire.

Cosy Outside Spaces

The Jubilee Hall is a magical, versatile space. Intimate and cosy for a wedding ceremony when it’s rainy outside. Or turn it into a dance floor and party space with the nearby terrace, outdoor fairy lights and fire pit.

The bars at Larmer Tree are cashless and operated by our catering team, ForkingOut. Guests can order drinks from the Peacock bar, a converted horsebox near the main lawn, and the fully stocked and staffed bar in the Jubilee Hall.

Card-only payments

There’s ample parking at the Larmer Tree, which is all free of charge and located next to the gardens. You and your wedding guests are very welcome to leave cars overnight, but we ask that all cars are collected by 11am the morning after the wedding.

Plenty of room here

Children love exploring the Larmer Tree gardens, meeting our peacocks and seeking out fairy doors on our trail. However, there are ponds and deep water on the grounds, and a firepit in the evening, so please be mindful of this and never leave children unattended.

All are welcome

Larmer Tree is on the Wiltshire and Dorset border, in a beautiful but rural location. Guests will need to pre-book their taxis before the wedding day or in the morning. It will not be possible to hail a cab in the evening.
