The cookery courses at Larmer Tree are run by Chef Nick Paffett and our in-house catering team, Forking Out.
The days are always full of fun, top tips and hands on cooking and everyone has a thoroughly enjoyable day.

During the day we will explore types of bases, fillings and toppings, sweet & savoury using seasonal flavours and ingredients made from local produce, wherever possible.
All equipment and ingredients are supplied by us and you will also receive, lunch, an apron, set of course notes and recipes for a cost of £85.00 per person.
